Confirmation: Exhibitors will receive an email confirmation upon completion of the registration form and receipt of payment.

Billing Policy:  Substitutions for meal tickets are permitted prior to the start of the conference.  If you cancel your registration by more than ten business before the start of the conference, the registration fee will be refunded minus a $100 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations less than ten business before the start of the conference.

Payment Information: Payments must be made via PAY.GOV . Please email a copy of the PAY.GOV confirmation page to rfdpayments@eeoc.gov.  The information on the PAY.GOV payment form must be accurate to ensure the payment is received.

Select "Self-Payment" if attendee is making the payment.  Select “Third Party Payment” If an employer or other party is making the payment on behalf of the attendee.  The Third Party’s first name and last name are required.

Hotel Arrangements: Lodging is not covered in the Exhibitor Registration fee.  Exhibitors are responsible for their own hotel and travel arrangements. Before selecting SUBMIT, please review this Exhibitor Registration Form to ensure all information is correct. Changes to the form cannot be made after selecting SUBMIT. Ctrl P to print form for your files.  Upon selecting SUBMIT, you will be directed to Pay.gov to complete your payment.
