I further consent to the use of my name, voice, image, likeness, and all attributes of my personality in any advertising or promotional material created or used in connection with attendance and registration for the Excel Conference 2023 and each such item of advertising or promotional material will be considered a "Work" for purposes of this agreement. I acknowledge and agree that the Work (the products and results of the services to be rendered by me) is a work made for hire and I agree that the Work (and all rights therein, including, without limitation, copyright) belongs to and shall be the sole and exclusive property of the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

There are two ways to submit your payment information:

Pay.Gov for ACH, Amazon, PayPal and Debit/Credit card payment.
Federal Government Enrollee's Using IPAC (Intra governmental payment and collection): Federal agencies must complete the EEOC’s Inter Agency Agreement Form (IAA Form ) along with a separate registration form for each registrant. All Registrants should bring a copy of their confirmation email with them to the conference.

Submit your Pay.gov receipt to rfdpayments@eeoc.gov within five (5) business days after enrollment. Nonpayment after five (5) business days results in cancellation of your enrollment.
